30-Day Returns

We want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

Eligibility

• Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
• Sale items are eligible for exchange but not refund
• Personalised or custom items cannot be returned unless faulty

How to Return

1. Contact us at support@checkoutwithgc.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
3. Pack the item securely and drop it at your nearest post office
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return

Faulty Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
